Steak! This term alone makes meat gourmets literally water in their mouths. If the attributes "hearty" and "juicy" are added, the culinary happiness is perfect. The delicious "protein bomb" (beef steak has a whopping 22 grams of protein per 100 grams) is seared on both sides to create fine roasted aromas and preserve the delicious meat juice. Afterwards, only the good taste decides whether the steak is later served to the guests "rarely", "medium" or "well done". In any case, however, a sharp kitchen knife is necessary to divide the delicacy into hearty portions. This works best with our damask steak knife!


For this purpose, the steak is preferably taken out of the pan or from the barbecue grill with the carving fork and skewered on the cutting board. With the long forks, everything is always well and safely under control. Now the sharp damask knife is used and divides the delicious meat into the desired pieces. Even thick steak slices are no obstacles for the damask knife with its 67 layers of quality steel. Equally suitable for left- and right-handers (grinding angle 15° on both sides), a total of 12 grinding processes give this kitchen knife its extraordinary sharpness. Thanks to vacuum heat treatment, this is retained for a long time. Even if the steak plays the main role at the table, at the barbecue guests will also take an admired look at the knife blade and the beautiful raindrop pattern. If stored later in the knife block, the solid wood handle made of sycamore stands out just as beautifully.

Anyone who roasts the steak at the barbecue in the classic way over a fire made of wood relies on a calorific value that man has been using for thousands of years.
