The blades of the steak knife set are made of high-quality Japanese AUS-10 steel. 73-layer steel ensures excellent edge resistance. The ultra-sharp super steel cutting core from Damascus AUS-10 has a Rockwell hardness of 60-62. The steel core is forged by 72 premium high carbon stainless steel layers (316L), which ensures enormous strength, durability and stain resistance. The AUS-10 knife has an exquisite daffodils Damascus pattern. The blades are sharpened under a sharp 15° grinding angle. Hand wash with mild dish soap, no dishwasher.
